Going for the two star report because even thou I didn't catch anything I actually found fish. Started at Thomas Eddy once again and per the usual it was dead. Fished the top, flats, and the faster water and nothing just the few fish rolling in the flat that wont hit anything. After reading some of the reports on the Sky I decided to head up to the Monroe area. Between the Lewis street bridge and the prison hole there are fish about and I found one area that had quite a few. Fish were holding all thru the area fast water and frog water but damn them they will not bite. I tossed bait, dick nites, spinners w/hoochies, and twitched jigs all to no avail. By the time I did get there it was later in the day 10am or so and the sun was starting to break a little. The majority of the fish I saw were very colored up and I would say 3 of 4 fish jumping had some color or were straight fire trucks. Two other guys came into the same area and they had no luck either.
