10/24/2014 1:18:00 PMThanks, guys! Wasn't my first chum to catch but was my first to eat and I gotta say he tasted pretty good! Nice pinkish orange flesh and much firmer than pinks. Can't wait to catch more - not to eat but just to fight!

10/24/2014 5:47:00 PMNice! If you want the meat on Chum to taste decent, peel the skin off first. Not sure why Chum skin goes bad so fast, but it really ruins the meat if you cook it or brine it with it on. I always freeze them first, then the skin peels off just like a strip of leather.
