Day 2 of our weekend fishing adventure. This time gringo and I fished with his friend Dan. Plan was the same, side drifting or bobber dogging the area around Mission Bar to downriver of Toledo. We launched a little after 7am, and didn't see another boat for 2 hours. We pounder the Toledo launch area. Water was low and clear, conditions cold and foggy. I really had high hopes but no luck.
when the fog cleared we ran up to mission bar and fished that area to Toledo the rest of the day. Saw more boats, but very little success. Maybe 3 fish netted? IDK, could be much better fishing around blue creek but we didn't want to deal with the crowds.
it was a beautiful day on the water. I got to run Gringos boat some more, nice to be trusted with a 30k boat. :-)
Thanks gringo for a nice weekend of fishing, even if the catching wasn't so good.
