Went out after work and got to a spot I've had my eye on with this low water. It was a little dicey getting there but made it and was worth it. Not a single person for a half mile in either direction and only saw two boats pass by. Caught over 30 pinks in an hour and half twitching. Forgot my shrimp scent at home but honestly I don't think it matters really. Find a school and present your offering properly and they will hammer it. Fish were everywhere with the water boiling and they were bigger than the last time I went out with a couple 6-7lbers thrown in. Didn't keep a single one as I didn't bring my cooler this time, just planned on catch and release. Sorry no pics, didn't bring my camera and wasn't planning on keeping any to begin with. There are loads of fish and you can wade almost the entire upper river if you plan your route carefully and don't mind bushwhacking. Good Luck.
