I booked a trip with a guide. I think I got it as a special around Christmas for Pinks on the Snohomish. Good thing I did since my salt water adventures in Ol’ Girl didn’t turn up any salmon for me.

I loved it. We didn’t have to get up really early. We met at 8am. My biggest disappointment is that Cady Park didn’t have restrooms! Lousy parking! What is the city thinking?

In spite of that our guide and deckhand, Cody, got us on the pinks keeping us entertained. My Grandson had a great time bonking all the salmon brought in and tried to reel the salmon in but they put up a mighty fight. The one he brought in on his 6 foot Ugly Stick combo he named Wiley, then bonked it.

The best action came from Dick Nite Frog pattern spoons. It was a great outing of catching and she takes great photos.
