i got a text from mr. fishdude to go fish the snohomish after work today, i got there around 4:30pm. as i found my parking space i notice mr. butlers car there, i gave him a call got some intel, and we met up and made our way to our spot. within 15 minutes of being there we both already hook up and each land a fish. i hook up again, and another friend sais he is coming, so im on the phone with him and im hooked up at the same time, trying to play the fish while i let the drag scream into the phone so my friend can hear it lol. i ended up losing that fish. by the time mr. fishdude makes it there mr. butler has 2 on shore and so did i. my friend fernando showed up shortly after mr. fishude and the slaying commensed. there was a family nearby getting skunked while we proceeded to get hooked up or land fish every 10 minutes or so. i felt like it was the humpy master classics. i limited out first then mr. butler, then my friend fernando. 3 of us were using my home made maribou jigs with sandshrimp scent.mr. fishdude used his own home made jigs, mr. fishdude ended up going 3/4. after my limit i ended up helping that family that was getting skunked to get on some fish, i gave them some jigs and they watched fernando and mr. fishdude, and copied their technique. the youngest kid in the family finally hooked up and landed one too, just before i left. a great time to be had today, tons of fish rolling and biting.

me- 1/4oz pink/white maribou jig the head scented with sandshrimp oil and twitched lightly, but fast.
mr. fishdude- 1/4 oz pink maribou jig scented with sandshrimp, jigged slowly and deliberately.
mr. butler- 3/8oz white/pink maribou jigged scented at a moderate pace
fernando- 1/4oz pink/black maribou jig scented, twitched similarly to the way i did it.
end tally, 15 fish caught by 4 people in 2 hours. not a bad day at all.
