Report#7:
This report is a few days old, but the fishing hasn't much changed, so I feel it is still appropriate. I got down to the river around 6am, and fished for a couple hours. Fishing was good at the start as both myself, and the person next to me both hooked and landed a fish each. But after about an hour is when the fishing became great! Slack tide and constant action with everyone on the shore hooking into fish. For the 45 minutes or so, until I left, I don’t recall there ever being a five minute period during which nobody was hooked into a fish. The pinks are in full force, and morning/low incoming tide as it is this week, is the best combination when it comes to catching them (rain also helps, which is what we’re told we’ll receive towards the end of this week). Can’t wait!
As I promised, I brought my GoPro this time, and recorded my adventure. Here it is!
Also, I apologize, as I didn't take any photos, so instead I used stills from the GoPro (better than nothing).
