Fished the Snoho at an undisclosed location this evening for about an hour, I not saying where the spot is because this area of the river is already jam packed like I've never seen it before. I arrived at the spot at about 7 and waited for people to clear out. Finally a spot opened up, and I started fishing, on the 10th cast boom I hook and land a small but chrome humpy. Not much action after that though. Only saw two other people catch. Two days ago I was at the same spot and there were schools of hundreds swimming by, humpy fishing is pretty hit or miss this year. One person can go home with limits, and another person can go home frustrated. Its all about the schools. Ive found that buzz bombs with hootchies work great in the Snohomish btw. Tight lines!
