Went out in my float tube early and was trying to get some bass there was a few on their beds but they were spooked very easily by whatever I Threw at them crankbaits and soft plastics. I Switched over to a vibric roostertail and got two 4 to five inch bass and about 12 planter rainbows about 6 to 10 inches at the south end of the lake. If you have a bad day fishing you can at least come hear and put a roostertail on and catch something. In early fall I've caught some decent bass here around a 1lb. No one is even here fishing it's a pretty quiet lake.
