Another easy limit at easy limit hole just up from rotary park! Coho everywhere hitting just about anything I throw at them. Got my first 2 fish in my first 30 minutes of being there then released 5 before I punched my limit because I was just having too much fun catching them. What a year for coho this is starting out to be!!

This spot sounds like where Russell Crowe went at the end of Gladiator. Awesome.

He's in waders holding a fish, 99% positive he's fishing off shore.

Just curious what time of day you were there? I'm trying to figure out what effect the tides have on the fish in the lower Snohomish.

Incoming tide, high tide, low tide and receding tides are best. Good luck.

Is this the Rotary Park near the 90* bend vicinity Lowell Snohomish River Road and Marshland Canal?
I'm looking to expand beyond the Puyallup, Carbon, Nisqually, and the Satsop and am looking for another good destination.
Thank you.

Yes, you might find the snohomish to be a lot different from the puyallup and carbon because it's deeper slower and you use different techniques to catch them. But it will produce fish when you get the hang of locating them and finding what they're hungry for.

Chizzle13, thanks for the info. I'm going to fish the Sno with spinners (Blue Fox), spoons (Dick Night's), bobber and egg and maybe twitch some jigs.
I learned a lot yesterday down on the Cowlitz regard twitching jigs, spinners, bobber and egg, and where fish hole up. I'll apply and deviate as necessary up on the Sno.
I'm finally home after 19 years and the tug is the drug.
