Headed out to the river around 6 am, made a quick stop to the gas station for some hot coffee. While at the station saw 5 officers taking care of the local gas station prowlers. I headed to the local launch, put the boat in the water. Thinking I was early well I was totally mistaken, I know better since I have done this quite a few years. I didn't sweat it because everyone thought they had a head start and hog the best holes. I started out in front of Jonb. Using eggs and lost a few, about mid morning I had to switch tactics and sides to the deeper hole where they stack up as the sun climbs high in the sky. I hooked a fish about every other cast. I have fished this river from the bank for many years and now I have boat its a blood bath. I am fish the same spots as if I was on the bank because of the knowledge I have gained being a bank fisherman.

Hello guys I'm new to snohomish, would you guys be able to get me on some advise? I've only been to Thomas eddy once and it was yrs back, would floating row be a good choice for that area? Thanks guys
