10/5/2015 8:08:00 PMThe Puyallup/carbon system is really rain/ temperature sensitive. Any rain when it's this warm will just push the fish up to the hatchery. The system fishes best when it's cold and dry, as the river get low and clear which slows the fish down. There will be fish until it closes in December. Look up my reports from previous years. I used to have the user name Procaster. Also, when the water is clear I just jigs. If I keep getting fish on eggs, I might add those to the arsenal. It usually is slow the last couple weeks of October tho, but it really just depends on the weather.
