Me and my friend started at the treatment plant and fished it for couple hours and got nothing. We used corkies at first and then I tried jig under a float. The water was actually alot cleaner then I have ever seen it. We fished about all the way to the bridge. Nothing. We then went to the Nisqually river at the handy cap area. No one there either. So we watched the river for awhile then some other guys showed up and we talked with them and then a little grey Harbor Seal pops up under the railroad bridge. It was on it's way out. A few minutes go buy then a big brown seal was swimming it's way up the river looking for food. It looked like it's weight to be about 400 or so. It went up around the bend under the railroad bridge also and we watched it for about 10 to 15 minutes then it was heading back out. The other guys left. Me and my friend tried fishing there for an hour before we gave it up and went home.
