Fished brewster pool today with the other 115 boats. One fish was reported to be caught. We worked 6 rods over loads of fish along with everyone else and could not touch one. I'm sure I killed several hundred with my downrigger ball.....lol.

The fish are there......but they are not biting.

Yep, we were one of the 115 boats this morning and had the same results. Six rods Zero fish. Marked lots of fish, with not one hit. I talked to the fish checker at about 10:00 as we left the launch and she said that she'd only counted four fish for the day. I'm thinking that with the cooler weather and rain last night and this morning, that sockeye rocketed up the Okanogan.

I dunno about that, I marked a LOT of fish and my setup shows the sockeye different than trout. My parents hooked one 5 mins after I left, but he was there for two days to get it.

I was another one of those 115 boats and had the same result. 2 rods and no bites at all, from daybreak to noon. I saw two different boats each get a fish over the course of the day, however, most of the chatter between boats was the same report, people by and large were getting skunked. Same when I was unloading the boat and talking to people, everyone reported no bites. Just tough, tough fishing. I pulled out and went down to Keller Ferry and got a 5lb blueback within 5 minutes of putting my line in the water. Much better fishing for what amounts to the same fish.
