Headed out to our favorite little lake in Eastern Washington hoping to catch a few bass with the Fishin Fool lures. The first hour was alittle slow but I caught 2 13"ers and my buddy got anice crappie on a lipless crankbait. I was getting tired of no fish so I gave up on the Fishin Fool and switched to a green senko. First cast BAM! 3lb 19"er. Needless to say my buddy switched up
and 2 casts later he's hooked up. Over the next couple hours we landed 6 average fish, three more 3lbers and a 22" 5lb pig. We also lost 2 good fish along the way. I could have had 4 nice fish for the fish n fool derby but I kept using the senko because it was so productive. The day was warm, the water was glass, it was a perfect day to be on the water. We also saw a huge bald eagle and a small moose. I can't think of a better way to spend Sunday afternoon. All the fish we caught were released to fight another day.
