5:00 pm,just got off work-that only means one thing, few hours left for fishing!
Decided to stop by a place in snohomish county, there were two other guys fishing and myself.Used a 6' watermelon senko few casts in got a bite and pulled out maybe a 1 pounder, then another shortly after...Then decided to try casting towards a log and ended up setting my line right over it and in about 5 seconds my line starts going out,set the hook and my drag went off, pole bending and asking for mercy, adrenaline rushing! I knew I had something big on the end of the line...well once I got it to shore I couldn't believe the size of the bass I caught!! She was exactly 22 inches, didn't have a scale on me so don't know the weight. But what I do know is thats the biggest bass I've ever caught! Then castes out again and had another bite, lost that one,but the lake was producing well or I just hit the honey hole,I caught one right after the next cast:) smallest was about 14 inches. Fished from shore since who knows where this lake is it is hard to get a boat "down" there(hint):) had a great day, defiantly will be back hopefully end of this week since I work long hours, tight lines!
