Lanched at seven bays about 8:30 am. fished the areas around seven bays for a couple of hours hoping to find some walleye. After having no sucess ran over to Hawk creek and started trolling for Rainbows and silvers. My son picked up 4 nice fat rainbows trolling a black muddler minnow tiped with a worm. My next door neigbor landed 3 more and I picked up 1 both trolling perch colored rapalas. (got to remember to buy more black muddler minnows) Seemed to have the best bite trolling the south side of the bay along the rocks in about 40 ft of water just under 1 mph.Largest fish was just over 20 inches and the smallest 14 inches. pulled the boat out of the water about 4:00 p.m. A little wind, a liitle rain and lots of sun. Over all a great day.
