Went to Roosevelt for the first time with a buddy and his boat. We launched at Ft Spokane and fished below the mouth for several hours and above the mouth by Spit Rock. The bite was slow but consistant and we landed 11 kept 10 lost 2 and had several hits that didn't stay with it. A trout dodger (Sepa) in either chrome or gold/chrome with a double whammy spinner with red and glow beads worked the best. We caught fish when we tipped the spinners with worms, corn/maggots, berkley gulp minnows and berkley gulp worms. We used flourocarbon line anywhere from 125' to 150' out and trolling under 1.5mph. Biggest fish was just over 20" and the rest were 17-18". That was my first time up to Roosevelt and had a good time and will be sure to go back.
