4/1/2013 12:24:00 AMis the arm open all April? i had heard they were going to keep it open (spoksmen review) but i haven't seen a copy of the fishing regulations that says it is. anyone have a link from WDFW that says for sure i can fish there instead of seven bays this Tuesday? (April 3rd)

4/1/2013 6:33:00 AMYeah it opened today. 16 fish limits with no size restrictions. Its a sad day actually. This fishery will suffer at some point on big fish unfortunetly. Anything with teeth in this seat take a back seat or get erradicated lol....
