Just got back from Lake Roosevelt. Had the kid with me and we went down by Spring Canyon to try and catch some Kok's. Wind was calm and water smooth when we got there and started catching fish right away. Bow's were hungry and we did get one nice Kok 21". One bow 21" and the rest 16 to 18". Mostly had the pink gear on with corn and a broken back Rapala (orange on top). Had the pink apex and hootchie down 13 to 18 feet with the riggers. When the water got the silver ripple on it the bite slowed down dramatically. An hour later the water smoothed up again and bite was back on. Started around 11 and quit at 2:20 with the limit of bows and only one Kok.
