Two of us launched the boat at Keller and headed down to Swawilla. Started fishing shortly after 8am and we were done at 12:45. Water was 47 deg when we started and 50 deg when we quit. Hootchies at around 15' and we came home with 4 Kok's and 10 Bows. Bows were around 17" and 1 Kok was 12 and 3 at 16.5". Lost a couple Kok's that I felt were bigger. What a great day. 4 or 5 other boats were out and all were catching fish. They all haven't been flushed yet.

I sympathize with losing bigger kokes... but good job none the less!

Nice report widebear, sure glad someone is out enjoying the good fishing while it lasts.

Sounds like the reservoir level is about as low as it will get. If the NOAA Hydrologic forecast and Bureau of Reclamation forecast hold true, level will stop dropping around at 1232.48' which is about a foot less than as of 0500 this morning (1233.7'). Maybe there will still be some fish left for us on Mother's Day weekend. :-)
