Put in at Keller and two of us headed to Swawilla Basin. Lines in the water by 9am. Started off slow and then around 10:30 we had a Kok on and lost him at the boat. Started catching Bows and lost 2 more Kok's at the boat one being pretty nice 18 to 20". Slowed down and then at 1:30 fish started hitting again. Finally landed a Kok and he was a bit over 20" and weighed 2lb 12oz.
Fish are running deeper now. Only caught one on surface with pink Kakeda fly I got from Dave. All the rest were caught 25 to 50' on the DR. The first 3 Kok's we lost were at 25 and 30' pink hootchies with corn. The one Kok we boated was on a orange and yellow hootchie at 42'.
We were marking most of the fish in 60 to 70' of water any where from 20 to 50' deep. Did not have any luck in the deeper water and didn't mark any in deeper water. Stopped fishing at 3:30 with 10 Bows and the 1 Kok.
