Another epic day on the upper Columbia River. We caught brook trout, bull trout, rainbow trout, and cutbow trout but to top it off we caught and released what would of been the state record Westslope Cutthroat. We scaled it real fast at just over 10 pounds took some photos and kissed it good bye. State record is 4.71 pounds so this would of shattered that by double. Great day to be a fisherman:)

I dont know the Regs there, but if it's legal, it's a Skin Mount on the wall. it"s at the end of it's life cycle and has already spawed multiple times.

Great fish, and even just releasing it like you did, is a great promotion/advertisement for preserving the fishery.
