Aaron and I are at Ed Iman's "Fish Camp 2015" where we get to see new products from outdoor recreational companies and fish the mighty Columbia. It's a fun event we've participated in for several years now.

We fish below the Bonneville dam with Bruce Warren of FishingForFunGuideService.com. Bruce trolled us up the the "hog line" with super baits and flashers, and then anchored us for a relaxing day of fishing. The weather is kind ofg miserable right now, cold, windy, and wet. None the less, we had a good time sharing stories with Lance Merz of Mack's Lures and Ryan Neeley of Camp Chef. When we anchored up we switched to kwik fish.

No action for us this day, and we only saw a couple boats chase down fish all day. They were dumping a lot of water from the dam which no doubt caused some issues. We chose to fish this area as the wind was really blowing white caps up at the Deschuetes area.

We'll be back at it again and I'm confident we'll get some fish this week! Meanwhile, enjoy some pics we took at the Bonneville hatchery.
