1/1/2016 11:31:00 AMI keep trying others but for me the Les Davis 3/0 herring dodger with gold/chrome seems to be a steady producer. Use it on Roosevelt for Trout and Kokanee and down at Brewster for Sockeye. I guess there is a lot more setups I need to try and I should try them when we are actually into some fish and not just put something new on first and when it doesn't produce in the first 20 minutes take it off and go back to old reliable for the rest of the day. Hard to change gear when they are hitting though.

1/2/2016 5:58:00 PMThose kind of things don't happen often but they do happen and they should be avoided. When I bought my first home in St. Helens OR I could see the peak of Mt. St. Helens from our yard. Couldn't see it when I moved to Columbia Falls Mt. the summer of 1980. When I got to MT a relator tried to show me a place along the Flathead River, said it never floods since they built Hungry Horse Dam. I said no thanks.
