Got to Keller boat launch at 9:00 was surprised to see how many pickups were in the parking lot! Launched and went up river lines in the water at 9:20 set up 2 rods for kokes and 1 for rainbows, about 15 min rod with pink fly on goes down hoping for koke but was rainbow. Fished till about noon caught 4 more rainbows on the perch colored fly with lots more hits but wouldn't stick...1 fish hit 4 times before before he got hooked! Went back to the launch at noon for a break and a boat came in behind me so got to talking and I mentioned NW fishing reports an soon found out I was talking to Widebear...had a nice chat and thanks for some info on kokes, it's nice to be able to put a face to the names. Went back out and tried for some kokes again only to get 3 more rainbows, called it a day at 2:30, great day on the water! Thanks to all of you who post reports. Water temp was 38 and we ran DR at 12' with 30' set back and leaded line at 3 colors with 50' mono.
