Hit Patterson Lake about 7:oo a.m. with my fishin' partner. Not a early riser what can I say. Guys and gals if you all like perch and Gill's this is the lake!! I know every one in this state goes goofy over trout. But to me panfish are IT. We hit the Gills', boy we hit em'. Most of them were hand sized. And what some fighters. I'm still dizzy from watching them doing they're patend circles before landing them. We went thru about a dozen 1.5" tubes.Tearin em' up! Then throw in a dozen or so ea 10-12" perch.WOW. Best day ever on the water.First time I've ever bought a dozen crawlers and USED THEM ALL!! If you want to start the young ones' or your spouse fishing this will definately hook em'. Caught them in 14' of water with tubes, in the weed pockets tipped with a piece of crawler. And, the water is so clean!! Awesome lake. Plus the 5 mph limit on the water ahhh paradise!! The ramp could use some help though, a little slick from the algae. So watch your step when loading/unloading your boat. MMMM... Blue gill fishwiches tonight for shoor!! Peace
