11/21/2016 7:37:00 AMThis site doesn't list the Spokane Arm separately from the rest of Lake Roosevelt so I just pick the south end for my reports. I would have rated it a 5 if the size we were catching was just a little bit bigger; in the last 2+ weeks we have boated over 250 walleyes but only kept about 40 due to size.

11/21/2016 7:54:00 PMany burb tips you care to share?
I was going to do the burb tourny, idk now... are each group of fish to be separated? either way I'll be in the arm busting burbs soon enough. met the JY guide bro's at porq. dock, after last years tourney... and they looked at me like I was crazy making the buoy 5 run in my lil 16' dingy... Yeah, it was cold. but imo a very cool and tasty fish. got my limit the next trip...

11/22/2016 7:17:00 AMWe catch most of our Burbot on jigs just like walleyes, that being said, anything chartreuse is going to be your best bet when it comes to the Burbot. All the Burbot we cleaned on Friday were stuffed with 3 inch perch and crawdads; one had six perch in its gut plus crawdads, they are definitely fattening up for the spawn. What kind of dingy do you have? I will have to keep an eye out for you and if I see you I will come over and say hi. I will either be in my Tracker Targa 18 or my buddies grey Lund.

11/22/2016 4:52:00 PMI did best last, with a weird combo of 3/4 glow jig, with a 3" plastic craw, and a chunk of herring, run a trailer/stinger hook into one of the craws claws for short bitters... throw a bit of mikes herring gel into body cavity. ones I got were full of minnows.
made this vid of the last trip;

gonna hike into 4th of july for the opener on friday, theres some rainbow pigs in there, last yr it was almost un-fishable, so the carry-over numbers should be crazy. pry gonna get some good vids of the quick-set's busting fish... kinda like a mouse trap/dr for shore fishing.
see ya up there... tight lines.
