Yet another great morning on Lake Stevens! Arrived at the lake around 4:45am and lines in the water by 5:15am. Started hitting fish right away and within 20 min we had 3 in the boat. For some reason the fish were kind of short biting today and we should of had 25 in the boat, but we managed to put 18 in the cooler. We fished for 5 hours. The most productive set up we were using was the Reli Lures Kokanee wedding rings in the Green, Orange and 50/50 Silver were the best producing colors. We also used the God's Tooth Kokanee rig in 50/50 gold. 15 was on the wedding rings and 3 was on the God Tooth Kokanee rig. Most of the fish came from 10-20 feet deep. We also baited the hooks with shoe peg corn mixed with tuna juice and dipped in Super Dibbing Sauce. Finally the lake is starting to warm up and the fish are starting to stack up! Back at it tomorrow.

If you want to learn more about this fishery feel free to email us at: zombietinder@gmail.com we don't hold anything back and are more than happy helping people out to put fish in the cooler. Lake Stevens is a very hard lake to fish but, if have everything on point such as setbacks, lures of choice, leader, bait and scent you can limit out pretty easily. Most of the time, some days are tuff and that's fishing.
