5/29/2017 2:32:43 PMIf the fish are low like that it might be worth fishing bait off of the bottom. Rig 2-4' of leader slipped above a weight and a floating bait like power eggs or an inflated worm. This is usually a shore fisherman's technique, but I catch a lot of fish doing it while anchored up in 20-30' of water. It works best on bright warm days when the fish are hanging near the bottom.
