I hit the water late hoping to test out the new kicker on some jokes. What a ZOO! Launched and started to head out and quickly figured it was not the day to test the waters, so I headed to the south end. Pulled not little America and there was a few too many boats to troll for trout. Hit the anchor on my electric and looked over the sides... bass beds everywhere. Most where empty, but I quickly decided to pull out some grubs and started casting. Ended up landing five and had many more hits as I went along the south end. Not a bad day to catch my first American lake smallies. Chartreuse single tailed grubs worked the best.
