The Koehn's were kind enough to share their 12th anniversary with Jeff. He picked Dad up early and they headed down to the Blue Roof condos to catch some Kokanee. They fished from 35 to 85 feet deep over a bottom of 65 to 125 feet at 1mph pulling Mack's Double D's and mini-cha cha's baited with corn soaked in Pro Cure's Bloody Tuna to to get their quick limits. They changed gear and turned into the deeper water of the trench and got a nice trench Mack before Mom called and said she was ready for pickup with the baby. They pulled gear, ran in got them and returned to the Kokanee fishing. With Jeff captaining and Dad deckhanding they quickly picked up Mom and baby's fish (along with a few bonus clipped cutthroat. The Baby had had enough so they returned, got a pic and went about the rest of their special day. Great times and great memories!
