A little late on the report but Riffe didn't disappoint last Saturday.. The fish where much larger than past seasons. We took home 6 in a few hours of fishing.

We got on the water around 230pm. It was about 75 degress out and water temp was around 61 degrees. I always fish Mossyrock Dam and launched from the park. The launch is not fun, but definitely manageable.. You just need to take your time and be patient, it is a long walk back up, the shore is rocky and the dock is high and dry. I had 2 nice kings in the boat off the downrigger and some nice silvers long lining dodgers with 1/2oz of lead. The largest silver and king were 18inch and just shy of 3lbs. Fished the usual mini hoochies in pink on top and green on the downrigger. There was not a lot of debris and the clarity was great!!

How deep were you fishing when you hooked the kings? I typically fish about 30ft or so and have never hooked a king in Riffe. Thanks.

there was two boats out fishing and only a few others doing water sports. It is always pretty quiet... I got into them at about 65-75 feet..
