I checked out Seward Park on Lake Washington for the first time. What a beautiful place! Great view of Mt. Rainier. Lots of "fishy" looking places to try. I threw a frog for a while in the lily pads without a nibble. I switched it up to a Ned rig and a drop shot, but I didn't have any luck for smallmouth or largemouth bass. I ended up catching a small rock bass. Not what I was aiming for, but it was nice to at least catch something!. I ended up walking the whole perimeter of the peninsula, which was a fairly decent walk. I tried using a squarebill crankbait and a whopper plopper as search baits, but I didn't have any bites. Anybody else have any luck fishing here?
