This report is for our 8/29 - 9/2 trip to Sitka. We fished 8/30 - 9/1 and caught Coho, King, halibut, sea bass, other rockfish, and a Pacific cod.

There were 5 anglers on board (two couples) plus a single. Wednesday's tally was 16 Coho, 15 sea bass, and several other bonus rockfish. Thursday's tally was 17 Coho, 15 sea bass, 5 halibut, a nice Pacific cod, and several bonus rockfish. Friday's tally was 29 Coho, 5 halibut, and about a dozen sea bass and a few bonus rockfish.

It was cool, windy, and wet. Ocean conditions were bad with winds 25 - 30kts so all fishing was in protected waters. Each angler came home with 100lbs of fillets!

This was our second trip with the same guide service (made the same trip, same time last year) and we were not disappointed. Great captain and deck hand who worked hard to put us in fishable water and they were outstanding. We'd go back in a heartbeat. :-)
