Connected with one of my old Jr High teachers from back in the day who loves to fish and hit the Sno this morning. Didn't have high hopes with how it's slowed down but have it a shot.

Fished from 6 - noon. There weren't a ton of fish rolling in but those days seem done. There were a couple schools that rolled through and we hooked into some of them. We really paid attention to the fish and their behavior as at times they were running in the middle and other times off towards the banks. I caught a nice buck right along the bank. It wasn't more than 2 seconds from when my jig hit the water that he nailed it.

Ended up getting 5 between the 2 of us so we almost limited out. The photo shows the 2 I caught. A 3lb hen and a 5 lb buck. My old teacher brought in nice bucks. I'd guess 6+ lbs.

Had to work for them today but all in all a great day out on the Sno.
