9/30/2017 10:09:03 PMI haven't tried it in Washington either, but if the fish are stacked up, could possibly work. And it would be way more fun to connect with one that way. They will typically hit it on the way down, so it may feel you are on the bottom with the line slack, but if you know that isn't the case, start reeling in really quickly. Good luck!
