10/30/2017 11:48:28 AMI'm not familiar with the Chico Creek area. However, the regulations for Marine Area 10 state "Aug 16-Sept. 15: release CHUM." My interpretation is that after September 15, chum can be kept.

10/30/2017 6:31:08 PMThat's how it was last year because of how messed up the fishing was but this year you were allowed to keep chum starting September 15 there many other people that also had a chum or two with them

10/31/2017 6:34:57 AMChico creek is NOT part of the Sinclair inlet special rules. If you look at the map, from manette bridge towards silverdale is still in the general rules of MA10. Surprised the gamies aren't down there handing out courthouse invitations...

11/3/2017 10:33:11 AMYou were good to go for chum on that date! I went yesterday and it was another hay day, everyone was hooking up just after high tide around 5 pm. They're getting a little darker though . . .
