I feel like that pink often gets overlooked as a trout color because of its popularity as a Kokanee color. Happy to see it getting lots of fish! Like you said, makes for a nice Fall day. 11/6/2017 6:39:38 AMOn the fluorocarbon leader smiley blade, bead, snap then fly. There is a concrete ramp/launch on the SW portion of the lake, the dock is out for the winter. Good luck!

11/7/2017 6:53:38 PMI tie a uniknot directly to the fly then drop on a couple of beads and a smiley blade. If that swivel to the fly works for you I will give it a try, certainly simpler than having a leader tied to the fly.
