It was the worst I've ever seen. There was vary few fish ,lots of people. Minter was running high and large tide should of brought fish in.
My guess is that the tribe was netting heavy. The week before we knocked them dead. This trip mabe 10 fish two guys.(o yes seals ,plus tribe netting mean poor fishing.)

But how would the tribes ever survive if they didn't have "subsistence" fishing...? Especially the ones that leave their nets strung all the way across the gorst mudflats, full of king salmon baking in the sun..

Yes they really need them fish along with casino check, clams, shrimp, crap. It's all about screwing white man and pure greed now. They don't have nothing show for all of it but do have plenty money for crack, and booze. Speaking gillneting one up in creek on the second corner all wrapped up in a tree under water and dish keep getting tangled in it.

It is what it is. Screwing the “white man”, I’m pretty sure it’s the other way around anyways Fishing and politics can be handled at the state level. I just want to know whos catching and where.

Pretty sure, really? The state certainly doesn't always have the sportsman as a priority in it's negotiations and policies.
