yes, it was another fantastic day on sammamish.

after the Christmas holiday, i was able to join Mark Stevenson and his wife and step-father for a day of fishing on Sammamish. it took a a while to find the fish, but once we did we hammered them dead. with the cold weather the fish seemed to want a smaller presentation. The day was mostly catch and release, but I did keep 1 nice fish and Mark's father in law kept a couple for his family's dinner that night.

I have 2 days left for winter sammamish fishing: the 5th and the 6th. after that, I will be off the fishery for a few months. However, This spring promises to be a killer one, as we target Lake Stevens kokanee, Lake Sammamish Trout and bass, and as the summer wears on, Lake Washington trout.
