Was kinda slow walleye fishing so I opted to troll medicare beach for some rainbow action. I ran 4 colors leadcore on one rod out the back, and the other 20 ft down the wire with a 70 ft setback both with perch Rip'n minnow jerkbaits at around 2.8 mph. Had lots of take downs. Lost as many as I caught. The first was a double with each fish being 3.75 lbs a piece. I then proceeded to finish out my limit with about 2lb average fish. Not bad for only trolling for a couple of hours. I know this reports a little late. Been busy

Mind me asking how far out from shore and if you got any action in areas that could be fished from the shoreline? Thank for the report!

Hey good to see a report from you and nice work! Heading over to Park lake next weekend for our annual church get together and still have some of those Rip'n minnow lures. Sure miss those browns on Park lake though! So I have a few extra days before they show up on Friday and wanted to go after some walleye but wasn't sure if I should try Moses lake, potholes or Banks. What would you suggest?

Am a big fan of Rip'n Minnows for trout. My perch pattern ones have boated many, many RBTs. Btw, those are some healthy 'bows thanks for sharing!
