My fishing partner & I started out of Kingston at o dark thirty. Tried fishing the bay but the seaweed was to much to fish. We tried around Jeff's head& caught a bunch of shakers & pups. I tried a variety of spoons & old goat lures. All I manage was a little four pound Coho while we where playing bumper boats. He caught a little 3.5# Coho. At least the skunk was off the boat for the day. Around 1.30 we headed back to Kingston with a incoming tied, I threw on a hearing aid spoon chasing the bait around I finally got the King skunk off of the boat. It weighed in at 16#'s. It was well worth the wait in the hot sun. It put up a nice 15 minute fight on a light pole. I will be fishing area 9 this weekend. Sorry for the bad photos, they looked better on the camera.
