Went to the park down town on the Spokane river. Huge sucker fish. The trout sure love to follow the kastmasters but never hit them. Trout magnets produced the best. My brother dad and I caught 3 wild red band trout all realesed without harm. 1 hatchery trout released. And 1 pike minnow that was dispatched. On a side note. Between the dam and the falls, there are trails along the water where obviously many people walk and do activities. Apparently your not allowed to be back there. We were told that we could be arrested by the park ranger. We respected his request and left. But there were no signs of any kind. I completely respect the situation but a sign would have been helpful. All in all a fun day. And the Spokane Valley adventure is over.
