Left my buddy's dock in Kirkland around 6:00 AM headed towards the Ballard locks. Made it through at about 6:50 and had lines in the water around 7:15. Fishing was slow for the first hour and a half and all we had was a shaker on. Right as low tide hit at around 10:30 am we went through a pod and doubled up. Had another release on the downrigger but fish threw the hook after a few seconds. Caught a couple shakers after that. Overall was a good day. We fished right outside of Shilshole bay- past golden gardens in about 250ft of water. We wanted to head to the oil docks but were limited on fuel so we decided to stay put and take our chances. Fish were caught at 55 & 65 ft using green hoochie with cop car flasher and other line had purple haze hoochie with purple/ silver flasher.
