So I've seen a lot of reports about Chico creek and how it's not producing, that's absolutely not true there are fish everywhere u look yesterday there were so many that all u saw were fins I will say if your a fisherman who strictly fishes for strikes and bites this may not be the place for u. I was fishing with my 8 weight fly rod and even I was having a hard time not snagging one due to the insane amount of them but if u like to have non stop action this is fishing heaven. I've also been out here using jigs and I've been getting some hate about snagging, well I've been having a 6/10 ratio of every fish in the mouth so there biting and I don't really care what anyone else says but just letting y'all know if they are out in the bay the chum will bite. That's about it they should be running for another week or so. Have a good day everyone

Ive been catching them 100% in the mouth by using a bobber and jig.
