I am seeing fish in that depth also, but haven't been able to get them to bite at all. They don't seem to be relating to any particular structure, just cruising around. I can see them on my underwater camera, so I know what they are on the sonar. How are you working the ned rigs and what colors? I've tried drop shot and even a nightcrawler near the bottom. No interest so far. But I know where they are.
