Another productive day on the Arm. I took one of my buddies out and after launching at Ft. Spokane we headed up the Arm. It was another day of jigging and although we didn't catch as many as my last two trips the quality was definitely better. We hit a spot that has a nice current seam coming around a corner and started catching eyes within minutes. My buddy had the hot hand although I did catch the largest fish of the day.

A black jig head with a 4" green pumpkin worm produced the best. We totaled 21 eyes; kept 13 that ranged from 16.5 to 22 inches. We released a 4, 5.5 and a 6 pounder; the rest were dinks. My buddy also caught a nice 2 lb. smallie and I caught a 4 lb. whitefish. Our spot was good till about 1000 and then the bite just died for us. We moved around a bit, all the way up to buoy 5, but never really had any other bites so we called it an early day.

Looks like you have the walleye dialed in. We managed 12 little guys yesterday but nothing of that quality.

Glad to hear you were getting some bigger ones up on the arm. On Saturday we went up river past buoy 5 to the narrows and found a 5-6 mph current up there. We were out of the wind but still not able to fish.
