Spent 4 days at Liars Cove Resort, been going there for 40 years, wouldn’t stay anywhere else, what amazing owners, Anna Lisa and her Husband do an amazing job, grounds are so well taken care of, water toys for the kids, large dock, swimming area, cabins, tent sites and RV Sites, great resort, great owners.... as for the fishing, it was pretty good, but as with most lakes, you need to know where to fish, bait and leader length, many people had Mabey one fish but our group had not much problem catching bows, we caught some nice carryover bows up to 20 inches, and had 5 or 6 that were a soils 18 and really thick bodied and great fighters. Lake is dropping some, but plenty of water to launch a boat.... I just hope it doesn’t get too low... upper lake looked full to me.... did not try Koke fishing, but the few boats that were fishing did seem to be getting some.....What a great resort and area....
