Area 11 Dash Point 7-30-19
I asked several people I knew to come out with me to the dock for some fun and see if the pinks were running yet. I brought my two grandson’s and one of my sons came.
We got there at noon. Pinks were being caught. At the sides and in front of the dock.
My son and I saw 3 pinks circling, looking at my jig but no taker. There was a seal but it did not take anyone’s salmon.
My son left after an hour 45 minutes. He is still recovering from a motorcycle accident. I stayed until 2:30pm with several pinks being caught around the dock. One kid said he caught a king and a pink and was netting for people. I netted someone’s pink just before I left.
It was mostly cloudy and breezy when we got there. When I left it was mostly sunny. For me it was hot!
Tides were Low 10:13 AM -2.3 High 5:50 PM 11.6
